Yes. Every company can be an Nvoip Affiliate. But to receive payments in kind you need to issue an NFS-e and have one of the following CNAE’s on your CNPJ: 4619-2/00, 7490-1/04 and 7319-0/02.
Yes, as long as your MEI has CNAE 7319-0/02.
