To carry out number portability to Nvoip, you must send us the documents that prove ownership of the number (CNPJ/CPF and last invoice or bill), in addition to a document that authorizes us to request this portability. After that, we will carry out a feasibility consultation and if everything is correct, within 5 to 10 business days the number will be ported. Contact our team for more information.
Yes. We do not charge any fee to port numbers from your current operator to Nvoip, regardless of whether it is conventional telephony or VoIP telephony. You only pay the amounts related to the plan. There is also no minimum period to stay with us after a portability. You can cancel or switch to another operator at any time.
In some cases, we are unable to perform number portability, generally because we do not have coverage in the city. In these situations, the way to take advantage of VoIP telephony resources is to do a follow-me from your current operator to an Nvoip number.
Yes. The activation fee is equal to the value of a monthly fee. The activation fee is paid once in the first month. However, in the annual plan, in addition to the 31% discount, you do not pay the virtual number activation fee.
No. You only pay the monthly fee and can receive unlimited calls from anywhere in the world. Remembering that by default you can receive up to 5 simultaneous calls. To have more simultaneous calls, you need to purchase an additional channel package.
To receive more than 5 simultaneous calls, you will purchase a package of 5 additional channels, which cost the same price as a monthly virtual number fee. This package needs to be paid monthly.
Don’t worry. Check if there is another city with the same area code. Most cities that have the same area code talk about the cost of a local call between them, and some do not require typing the area code.
All plans are prepaid and you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, with the annual plan, it is only possible to migrate to the monthly plan after the contracted 12 months. In case of cancellation or non-payment, the number is canceled after 10 days.
